Newly Sharpened Pencils gets its name from Joe Fox’s iconic line in You’ve Got Mail, my all-time favorite film. I’m a huge believer in the power of language (you instantly pictured an orange bouquet of pencils, didn’t you?) and want to help you improve your writing skills. Please consult me before you add an apostrophe to your family name on a Christmas card.
Over the last few years, I’ve been on a quest to live a more minimalist lifestyle and to specifically reduce our plastic waste. I’ll occasionally post my ideas for creating a simple, eco-friendly home.
